The CC50s of PPS in HTLV-1-uninfected and -infected T cells were calculated with Prism software on the basis of the viability results presented in Fig. 1A. CC50s were not applicable (NA) to cells that were relatively resistant to PPS, including Kit225, Molt4, ATL-2, and MT-2 cells.
