The IC50s of PPS in pX1MT-M-infected 293FT cells and HTLV-1-infected T cells were calculated with Prism software on the basis of the HTLV-1 p19 ELISA results presented in Fig. 2A. IC50s were not applicable (NA) to HTLV-1-infected T cells that do not express Tax.
