Quantification of cell death in ZIKV-infected IFI6-expressing cells. Huh7 cells stably expressing nontargeting (NT), IFI6, or IFN-λ2 sgRNAs were infected with ZIKV (MOI, 1). The cells were stained with Zombie Yellow, a dye discriminating between live and dead cells, fixed, and stained with anti-flavivirus protein E antibody at 72 h postinfection.
