Silencing of NCK1-AS1 inhibits the proliferation and migration of cervical cancer cells. (A and B) HeLa and SiHa cells were transfected with NC siRNA or NCK1-AS1 siRNA, respectively. Following transfection, quantitative polymerase chain reaction was used to examine the expression of NCK1-AS1 in (A) HeLa and (B) SiHa cells. (C and D) A Cell Counting Kit-8 assay was performed to study cell proliferation in (C) HeLa and (D) SiHa cells. (E and F) A wound healing assay was conducted to study cell migration in (E) HeLa and (F) SiHa cells.
