Figure 1

Low temperature (20K) electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR) spectra of naphthalene 1,2-dioxygenase (NDO) samples collected after 10s before freezing in liquid nitrogen: (a) in the native state, (b) reduced by sodium dithionite and (c) reduced NDO after treatment with O2-saturated naphthalene. All spectra were recorded at 9.38 GHz, 1mT modulation amplitude, 2 mW microwave power and 100 KHz modulation frequency.
