p73 regulates PP4, a key factor in mitotic spindle orientation. Compared to telencephalons from wild-type (WT) mouse embryos (E13.5), those from p73 knock-out (KO) demonstrated lower levels of both PPP4c and its regulatory subunit SMEK1.
