p73 regulates PP4, a key factor in mitotic spindle orientation. Compared to telencephalons from wild-type (WT) mouse embryos (E13.5), those from p73 knock-out (KO) demonstrated lower levels of both PPP4c and its regulatory subunit SMEK1. CBP/β-catenin antagonist ICG-001 treatment rescued the expression of PPP4c and SMEK1. Detailed information can be found at Figure S3.
