In vitro cytotoxic effects of metronomic and conventional doses of PMX on (A) A549 cells and (B) HUVECs. Cells were exposed to PMX at various concentrations (0–10 µg/mL) for 72 h. Metronomic dosing was simulated by aspirating and replacing the medium with fresh drug-containing medium after 24 and 48 h.
