(A,B) After cells were stained by Annexin V-FITC/PI and left in dark at room temperature for 15 min, the apoptosis rate was measured by flow cytometry. Data were presented as means ± SD (n = 3). (C,D) Cells were treated with different doses of DADs for 24 h or incubated with DADs (60 μM) for various hours.
