For both the parent and the CHF analogue, the incorporation is sequence-independent for the correct incorporation (panels A and C) but very different for the misincorporation (panels B and D). In both cases, the W sequence results in a kpol for G opposite T significantly higher than that obtained with the B sequence while the Kd remains essentially unchanged.
