Vectors v₁ and v₂ related to two different binary node metadata with the same amount of n₁. In order to evaluate the relevance of v₁ and v₂ and make a consistent comparison between the two, each of them is projected (p(v₁) and p(v₂)) onto the diagonal (v^I and v^II) of the respective space in order to be normalized. The two vectors are supposed to have the same amount of n₁ in order to share the same bounds and thus be compared in the same space.
