Bone Marrow-derived Dendritic Cells (BMDC) and Monocyte-Derived Dendritic Cells (MoDC) were obtained after in vitro differentiation in the presence of GM-CSF and IL-4. The activation profiles of BMDCs and MoDCs were determined by expression of MHC-II, CD80, and CD86 molecules quantified by flow cytometry. A significant increase in (p < 0.05) the Median Fluorescence Intensity (MFI) after the cells were pulsed with P10 is represented by (+), while no differences is represented by (0). Data shown are representative of two independent experiments, analyzed by one-way ANOVA followed by Tukey’s post-test.
