Overexpression of miR-501-3p in colorectal cancer tissues and cell lines. (A) Analysis of expression data in GSE115513 revealed that miR-501-3p was overexpressed in colon adenoma and colon carcinoma compared with colon normal mucosa. (B) Analysis of expression data in GSE115513 revealed that miR-501-3p was overexpressed in rectal adenoma and rectal carcinoma compared with rectal normal mucosa. (C) RT-qPCR analysis revealed that miR-501-3p was overexpressed in tumor tissues compared to normal tissues from 30 patients with colorectal cancer.
