Inhibition of cell migration by Piezo1 downregulation in DU145 prostate cancer cells. Wound healing assay showed that the cell migration of DU145 cells was inhibited either by (A) shRNA knockdown of Piezo1 or (B) via the Piezo1 channel antagonist GsMTx4. Similar results were obtained with the Transwell^® assays using (C) shRNA knockdown of Piezo1 or (D) via the Piezo1 channel antagonist GsMTx4.
