Three main cusps are in alignment with the longitudinal axis of the crown (A, B, C). Three accessory cusps surround the most-distal main cusp buccally (D), distally (E), and lingually (F). A small bump appears on the surface of the crown in the volume rendering (*). Cross sections confirm that it is not a cusp, but an artifact from denser material.
