YAP1 was activated by IL‐6 in NP cells. (a) NP cells were cultured with 100 ng/ml IL‐6, western blot showed that Y357‐YAP1 and p‐Src were significantly upregulated (b) NP cells were cultured with 100 ng/ml IL‐6, immunofluorescence microscopy showed that YAP1 was transported into the nucleus.
