Confirmation of infectivity of the SCMV infectious clone. (a) Typical mosaic symptoms were observed on a SC129f3‐infected leaf but not on non‐infected wild‐type leaf (NI). The mosaic symptoms were indistinguishable from those caused by infection with the wild‐type SCMV (SCMV‐WT). Bar = 1 cm.
