Cardiac Lingp38+ cells response to TGF-β1 stimulation. Cardiac Lingp38+ cells were isolated from hearts of C57BL/6 mice as described in Figure 1 and expanded in vitro. (A) Shows Acta2 mRNA expression in cardiac Lingp38+ cells cultured in the presence or absence of TGF-β1 (10 ng/mL) for 24 h (n = 5, p-value calculated with Mann-Whitney U-test).
