Influence of various intracellular signaling inhibitors on the vasorelaxant response to Ang-(1–7) in the renal artery. Linear plots of percent vasorelaxation (%) and the log dose of Ang-(1–7) show the effects of indomethacin (INDO, 10−6 M), l-NAME (10−4 M), l-NAME (10−4 M) and INDO (10−6 M) or ODQ (10−5 M) on Ang-(1–7)-induced vasodilation of the isolated renal artery of the rat.
