Influence of the K+ channel blockers on the vasorelaxant response to Ang-(1–7) in the renal artery. Linear plots of percent vasorelaxation (%) versus the log dose of Ang-(1–7) show the effects of glibenclamide (GLI, 10−5M) or iberiotoxin(IBE, 5 × 10−8M) on Ang-(1–7)-induced vasodilation of the isolated renal artery of the rat.
