OAd-BiTE-mediated oncolysis activates CART cells in the absence of FR-α. NCI-H226 and C30 tumor cells were infected with OAd, OAd-BiTE, or left uninfected, and after 24 hours, CART cells were added (E:T = 2). A and B, T cells were collected 48 hours after T-cell coculture and stained with antibodies against CD45, CD4, CD8, CAR, and CD25.
