Overexpression of ZEB1 blocks the effect of hsa_circ_0023404 knockdown on biological behavior of NSCLC cells. (A) ZEB1 mRNA and protein levels were determined by qRT-PCR and Western blot assays in A549 and H1299 cells transfected with sh-con, sh-circ_0023404 alone or with pcDNA-ZEB1. (B and C) The viability of A549 and H1299 cells was measured by CCK-8 assay at 24, 48, 72 and 96 hrs after transfection. (D) Cell migration was detected by transwell migration assay in A549 and H1299 cells transfected with sh-con, sh-circ_0023404 alone or with pcDNA-ZEB1.
