(C) Overexpression of miR-382 inhibits LS1034 proliferation, whereas inhibition of miR-382 stimulated LS1034 proliferation compared with the control. (D) Inhibition of miR-382 stimulated colony formation, whereas overexpression of miR-382 inhibited colony formation, compared with the control in LS1034 cells. (E) Overexpression of miR-382 inhibited tumor growth, whereas inhibition of miR-382 stimulated tumor growth in a LS1034 Xenograft model.
