LINC00673 knockdown regulates genes expression.

Notes: (A) Heatmap of differentially expressed genes after LINC00673 silencing. (B) Bubble chart analysis of pathways involved in differential genes. The KEGG database was used to construct the interaction network between pathways. (C) A Gene Ontology (GO) analysis of biological processes, molecular functions and cellular components was performed with the parameter settings of P=0.05 and FDR =0.05. (D) The knockdown efficiency of LINC00673 in transcriptome sequencing samples was confirmed by qRT-PCR. (E) The mRNA levels of differentially expressed genes after LINC00673 silencing were verified by qRT-PCR. The results are consistent with the transcriptome sequencing data.
