Experimental and fit Isotropic projections of 17O 2D MQMAS spectra at (a) 35.2 T (ω0H/2π = 1500 MHz) and (b) 18.8 T (ω0H/2π = 800 MHz). Four distinct water environments are resolved with isotropic frequencies of (a) 0.4 ± 1, 3.1 ± 1, 5.6 ± 1, and 7.8 ± 1 ppm and (b) 13.1 ± 1, 16.0 ± 1, 17.1 ± 1, and 19.9 ± 1 ppm. The Lorenztian fits of each environment indicate a ratio of populations of 1:1:1:1.
