Fig. 6 — Results of the density-gradient centrifugation of membranes purified from YidC-expressing strains a C41(DE3), b C41(DE3)∆(ompF) and c C41(DE3)∆(ompF-acrAB). Sucrose concentration ranged from 20 to 70%. YidC can be recognized as a prominent band at 60 kDa. Independent purifications and sucrose-gradient centrifugations were performed two times with similar results
