Figure 7. Effect of soluble factor from sintering Ti plate containing HA on the proliferation of MC3T3-E1 cells. (A) Sample plates were incubated with culture medium at 37°C for 24 h. The incubation medium was centrifuged at 1700 × g for 10 min, and the supernatant was mixed with cell suspension (final cell density: 4×104 cells/ml). Cells were incubated at 37°C in 5% CO2 for 72 h. (B) Cells prepared by the same method were seeded on the fibronectin-coated culture plate. The proliferation of MC3T3-E1 cells was evaluated by the WST-1 assay. Values are mean±SE for 5 wells. The reproducibility was confirmed by one additional experiment.
