(D) The control group showed AQP1 and AQP3 (color green) evenly distributed in the cell membrane and cytoplasm, by contrast, AQP1 and AQP3 in the model group were increased in the plasma membrane and perinuclear cytoplasm or strongly expressed in the whole cell. The cell nuclei were stained with DAPI (colore blue), and the cytoskeleton were stained with rhodamine phalloidin (colore red).
