(A) Total RNA was prepared from the indicated osteosarcoma cell lines and the levels of the VEGF- A and AUF1 mRNAs were assessed by qRT-PCR. Error bars represent means ± SD of 3 different experiments. (B) Whole cell lysates were prepared from the indicated cells and used for immunoblotting analysis utilizing antibodies against the indicated proteins. (C) SFCM were collected from the indicated osteosarcoma cell lines after 24 h of culture and the level of the secreted VEGF-A was determined by ELISA. Error bars represent means ± SD of 3 different experiments.
