Intracellular calcium levels are increased in TrJ Schwann cells. Schwann cells cultured from WT or TrJ-Het mice were loaded with Fura-2AM, and the 340/380 fluorescence intensity ratio was measured and converted to [Ca2+]i using an in vitro calibration curve.
