Notes: The cells were pretreated with oxymatrine and cyclo-RGDfK for 1 h, and then stimulated with FN for 48 h (serum-free condition). (A) The expression of α_Ⅴ and β₃ integrin was analyzed by Western blot. (B) The expression of phosphorylated and total FAK, PI3K, and Akt was detected by Western blot. The data are shown as the mean ± SEM. *P<0.05 as compared to the control group, ^#P<0.05 as compared to the FN group. The statistical data is provided from 3 independent experiments.
