PINO treatment promotes the expression of differentiation-associated factors in MC3T3-E1 cells. (A) In order to assess the effects of PINO treatment on the differentiation of MC3T3-E1 cells, the mRNA levels of several osteoblast-specific factors (Col-I, ALP, OPN, Runx2, and BMP-2) were detected by RT-qPCR. (B) The protein levels of these genes were detected by western blotting. Each value was represented by the mean ± SEM (n=3).
