a

Position in the mouse IL-10 promoter, relative to TSS. Site = cis element, context = promoter region present in the oligonucleotide used for the binding assay.

b

The depicted consensus sequence (40) was inserted in the context of the IL-10 promoter −349/−315 oligonucleotide, replacing the CRE2 sequence. Similar results were obtained when it was inserted in the context of the TNFα promoter CRE region.

c

n.d., no binding detected.
