MALAT1 was upregulated in ovarian cancer cells relative to normal ovarian epithelial cells, and RNAi downregulated MALAT1 expression.

(B) The fold changes of MALAT1 expression in SKOV3 and OVSAR3 cells were analyzed 48 hrs after treating with pcDNA3.1, pcDNA3.1-MALAT1, si-MALAT1, or si-NC.
