C5aR1 deficiency attenuated inflammatory cytokines and chemokines expression of psoriatic skin lesions. IMQ was topically applied to the shaved back of C5aR1^+/+ and C5aR1^−/− mice for six consecutive days, and back skin samples were obtained on day 7. Expression levels of the indicated genes in psoriatic skin lesions were measured by qRT-PCR (n = 5–6/group).
