In order to investigate the mechanisms underlying the protective role of miR-191-5p in septic AKI rat models, we tried to identify the potential target of miR-191-5p. (A) With TargetScan prediction, fragment containing the specific binding site of miR-191-5p was found in OXSR1-3′-UTRs. (B) The correlation between OXSR1 and miR-191-5p was verified by dual-luciferase reporter system. Each value represents mean ± SD (n=3). **P<0.01 vs. Blank group.
