Traces show increased intercontraction intervals after infusion of the VEGF receptor 2 (VEGFR2) antagonist Ki-8751 in all groups. Additionally, there was no difference in amplitude or number of nonvoiding bladder contractions in control rats or rats with CYP-induced cystitis.
