The expression of LAG3 and PD-1 on CD4 and CD8 T on the 5th day of the sepsis. The peripheral blood of septic patients and controls were collected at enrollment and again 5 days later, and analyzed by flow cytometry for the expression of the indicated markers on CD4 T cells and CD8 T cells. The positive proportion and MESF values were obtained as described in the procedures. The horizontal lines represent the mean levels.
