(B,D,F) ChIP assays were performed in RAW264.7 cells overexpressing PPARγ with the use of anti-PPARγ antibody or IgG as control. PPRE binding was quantified by using qPCR with the primers flanking the putative PPREs in the Ym1 (B), Fizz1 (D), Arg1 (F) gene promoters.
