Scd6 binds self in vivo. a) Domain organization of Scd6 and analysis of Scd6 sequence to predict intrinsically disordered regions using IUPRED2A. A score above 0.5 indicates disorder in a given region. Entire RGG domain of Scd6 and parts of linker region is predicted to be disordered. b) Galactose inducible GSTScd6 and GSTScd6∆RGG was pulled down from yeast cells expressing Scd6TAP, followed by western blotting to check their interaction.
