The input to FQStat was 100 FASTQ files each with 2 GB of size. These 100 files were generated using three different read lengths: 75 bp, 100 bp, 150 bp. The available resources were kept at 40 cores and 40 GB of memory. For each read length/analysis strategy combination, the total run time is shown in seconds
