Hepatosplenomegaly.
Jaundice.
Nasal discharge (snuffles).
Lymphadenopathy.
Maculopapular rash.
Skeletal abnormalities (Osteochondritis, Periostitis).
Pneumonia.
Pseudoparalysis.
Oedema.
Mucocutaneous lesions.
Hemolytic anaemia.
Thrombocytopenia.

All clinical features above are present at birth or within 4–8 weeks after birth
