Axial T2 (A), axial T1 pre (B) and post contrast (C), and sagittal T1 post contrast (D) MRI images demonstrate large well-defined multi-loculated complex neck mass with significant mass effect. The solid component (arrows) shows intermediate T2 and T1 signal intensity with avid heterogeneous enhancement while the cystic component (asterisks) shows high T2 and low T1 signal intensity with no enhancement.
