Immune Response Assays in Human PBMCs
(A and B) IFN-α (A) and IL-6 (B) expression were measured using ELISA following treatment of primary PBMCs with CpG 2395 (positive control), indicated ASOs, or non-treated control (NT). All experiments were performed in triplicate, and data show mean values from at least four assays, each of which used cells isolated from different donors. Error bars indicate SD.
