Synergistic effects of sulfinpyrazone (Sul) and 5-nitrouracil (5-Nul) on the toxicity of nicotine in M. persicae nicotianae. The final concentrations of nicotine, Sul, and 5-Nul in the artificial diet were 100 mg/L, 12.5 mg/L, and 12.5 mg/L, respectively. Mortality was recorded after 48 h of treatment (three replicates, 80 apterous adult aphids per replicate).
