Effect of Wiskostatin and compounds 10, 14, and 15 on actin cytoskeleton of metastatic cancer cell MDA-MB-231. MDA-MB-231 metastatic breast cancer cells were treated with vehicle or Wiskostatin (2 µM) and compounds 10, 14, or 15 at 10 µM for 24 h to determine changes in actin cytoskeletal structures.
