aAspergillus parasiticus = Isolate NRRL 2999, A. flavus-S = Isolate AF70/ATCC MYA384, A. flavus-L = Isolate AF13/ATCC 96044/SRRC 1273, A. minisclerotigenes = Isolate A-11611, A. aflatoxiformans = Isolate A-11612. Values are means of the results of analyses on five independent solid fermentations (replicates) incubated for 7 days at 31°C. Means followed by the same letter (A/B/C) among fruits (columns) or (X/Y) among fungal species or morphotypes were not significantly different (P < 0.05) by Tukey–Kramer’s HSD test.
