Using I-TASSER server (A-E) Three-dimensional structure of novel Newt proteins (A'-E') Structural similarity to already submitted proteins from PDB library (Query structure is shown in the cartoon, while the structural analog is displayed using backbone trace), and (A''-E'') ligand that has highest probability to bind to the ligand site in the protein are predicted.
