Mice were exposed to either water or nicotine (10 – 120 μg/ml) in two-bottle choice paradigm. Average of (A, C) nicotine intake (mg/kg/day) and (B, D) preference (%) over 3 days were calculated for each nicotine concentration in α7 KO and WT female and male mice, respectively.
