Figure 6.

Standard curves for (A) genomic and (B) antigenomic viral segments were generated by plotting the quantification cycle (Cq) value against the input of in-vitro transcribed RNA of known copy numbers. In-vitro synthesized genomic RNA segments (A) and antigenomic RNA segments (B) were serially diluted ten-fold, (1010 to 103 copies) for L (blue) and M (orange) segments and (1011 to 104 copies) for S segment (grey) and were used to generate standard curves.
