Brain cholinesterase percent inhibition (% I; mean ± SD) in rats surviving 24 hours following treatment with 0.6 mg/kg NIMP (sarin surrogate) or 0.65 mg/kg NEMP (VX surrogate) followed by 0.65 mg/kg atropine ± 0.146 mmol/kg oxime (2-PAM or novel oximes).
